What we collect
Fast Mode does not require an account and does not store your test results on our servers. Results are shown in your browser only.
Third-party services your browser contacts
- Speed test: your browser exchanges test data with Cloudflare’s speed-test servers (and CacheFly as a download fallback). These providers can see your IP address as part of normal web requests.
- IP, ISP and location display: your browser asks third-party lookup services (ipapi.co, ipwho.is, db-ip.com, ipify.org) for your public IP and approximate location. Lookups are tried in order until one succeeds.
- DNS benchmark: your browser sends test DNS-over-HTTPS queries for example.com to the public DNS providers listed on the page.
- Page assets: Tailwind CSS and Font Awesome are loaded from public CDNs.
Advertising and affiliate links
Some links (for example NordVPN) are affiliate links; we may earn a commission if you buy through them. If advertising scripts are enabled on this site, advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads. Check the policies of those partners.
Search Console
The site includes a Google Search Console verification tag, which does not track visitors.
